For acute experiences of overwhelm:
Adults - Take 1-3 full droppers sublingually or in 4 oz (a small cup) of water as needed. For even faster absorption, hold the sublingual dose in your mouth for 30 seconds.
Kids - Take one dropper in 4 oz of water or juice. (Sublingually works too, if you can manage it with them!)
For ongoing anxiety:
