Dosage: A single serving is 4 ounces.
Suggested Use: As this is a ceremonial brew, it’s best to set an intention before you begin.
Take on empty stomach, ideally at least two hours after food to fully feel its effects. Drink brew gently warmed (but never boiled), at room temperature, or chilled.
