    More About the Plants:

Mugwort: (Artemisia vulgaris), Wild Harvested, Leaf and Buds

Mugwort has been revered for over 2,000 years, with records of its use in Greek, Roman, and Egyptian herbal traditions as a powerful aid for divination, dream work, and the cultivation of intuition. Long associated with the wisdom of the Crone and the rhythms of the lunar cycle, it guides practitioners to attune to subtle energies, access hidden knowledge, and navigate the unseen realms with clarity and protection. Its deep connection to Artemis, goddess of the moon, wild places, and the mysteries of the night, makes Mugwort a primary herb for those seeking to honor her guidance and walk between the worlds of spirit and insight.

Although Mugwort is most known for its expansive and calming abilities as a nervine, its benefits also include supporting digestion, helping to ease gas, bloating, and sluggish movement, supporting menstrual cramps, balancing hormonal cycles (so tied to the moon, after all), reducing inflammation, and easing oxidative stress.

Passionflower: (Passiflora Incarnata), Organically Grown, Flowering Tops

Traditionally used in European and Native American herbal medicine for its nervine and contemplative qualities, passionflower supports a clear, receptive state in which the mind can navigate the unseen and connect with deeper currents of wisdom. Passionflower has long been treasured as a gentle yet potent herb that quiets the restless mind, softens mental chatter, and opens the heart to subtle guidance. By calming the nervous system and creating a space of inner stillness, it allows practitioners to tune into their intuition, enhance divinatory practices, and perceive insights that might otherwise be obscured.

    Elderberry: (Sambucas), Organically Grown, Berries

Elderberry has long been seen as a guardian plant, creating a grounded, protective field that helps intuitive insight come through clearly and safely. In many folk traditions, the elder was honored as a boundary-keeper, used in rituals for warding, blessing, and spiritual protection. And although it’s most known for its immune-boosting benefits, its deeper traditional role has always been that of a steadfast energetic protector.

  • The ancient Greek goddess of the wild, the moon, and the untamed realms beyond human order—Artemis is sovereign, intuitive, and fiercely free. Revered as both huntress and protector, she ruled forests, mountains, and liminal spaces where silence sharpens the senses and instinct becomes a form of knowing. Closely tied to the moon’s cycles, Artemis was associated with heightened awareness, inner sight, and the ability to perceive what moves unseen. As a goddess who dwelled at the edges—between wilderness and civilization, darkness and light—she naturally presided over divination, insight, and mystical perception.
